What is a Check Engine Light?

Today, most cars are controlled by computers. For example, your fuel injectors, the spark plugs, the steering system and sometimes your brake system. Whenever there is a problem in your vehicle the computer will illuminate the "Check Engine Light" on the dash. Often, people ignore the "Check Engine Light" and they risk having a small issue turn into a big one.
